Recently the Heiress to the multi-million dollar Korbel Champagne
Fortune,
and her male lover were arrested for violent felony *** crimes, against
two
young women barely over 21.
The latest antics:
Richie Anderson-Heck whisked in a side courtroom door with her attorney
Chris Andrian, not on her scheduled on-the-docket court date, but on
the arraignment date of Christopher Samii, her accomplice. She and her
attorney were then allowed to stand before Judge Frank Passalacqua
(which relative of Stephan Passalacqua, Sonoma County's District
Attorney is he again?) the Judge of record for this arraignment,
alongside Samii and his female attorney. Then they all did a tidy
little plea together for a continuance or postponement until a June
date and were again whisked away from the media waiting out front.
A thought: I'm not particularly familiar with legalese, but I somehow
have a big picture of showing up a week before my hypothetical criminal
case arraignment, and the judge letting me sashay up before him asking
for my postponement when my case is not even on the day's docket.
Excuse me, your honor...." Well, you get the picture.
The specific allegations and crimes of this public figure include:
1=2E One young girl having her wrist twisted and held, and her head
slammed by her hair repeatedly into a massage table while being
forcibly raped, with the intent of being forced to simultaneously
perform cunnilingus on the sprawled out Wine Heiress, Ms. Anderson, for
a his- and-her almost everyman's fantasy-come-true, and for Anderson
and Samii's ***ual gratification.
2=2E The second girl was assaulted in a sauna/tanning booth room (both
areas, conveniently also sans Korbel's sophisticated security system
cameras) as she lay on the floor after dizziness due to the
beer+sauna+tanning+empty stomach, where Ms. Anderson's "fianc=E9"
forced his *** into her mouth while attempting to rape her as well.
In her attempt to escape this violent scene of sadistic ****ographic
degradation, the girl managed to push him off of her, and while
fleeing, fell and broke her foot. Both girls have lost their
employment, as they were deli employees at Korbel. The victims now have
substantial and ever- increasing emotional problems as a result of
these predatory attacks, not to mention the absence of a means to
sup****t themselves while both recovering from injuries, and until they
can return to another employment venue.
3=2E Ms. Anderson and her lover conspired to perform these violent and
degenerate criminal acts of rape in a pre-meditated manner, first by
furni****ng large amounts of alcohol to these unsophisticated young
people, and inviting them to "hang out" in the executive lounge,
where Anderson-Heck knew security cameras were not present. Next, they
further reduced their young victim's ability to resist by exposing
them to the dangerous combined effects of tanning booth, sauna, and
alcohol.
Far from being consensual, initially or otherwise, this rape-***ual
assault combined naive young women with the perpetrator's attempts to
induce near unconsciousness. These rapes required repeated violence
with physical injury in their commission. That was perhaps part of the
real sadistic purpose of these crimes against these two young women,
who could have in no way foreseen this horrible treatment at the hands
of a woman nearly twice their age and her violent hate-filled
accomplice and alleged fiance'-apparently, a real prince of a guy,
a "gangsta wannabe", whose parting words to these young women
included the threat: "Don't try and mention this to anyone" or
I'll "get my Richmond homies to pop a cap in your *****".
So far, this might seem just one of the endless stories of violent ***
crimes against women and men which occur in Sonoma County every year,
which are but briefly re****ted, then so often go unpunished by the "
blame the victim" psychology in our Sheriff's and District
Attorney's offices-- particularly in the often referred to
"disposable community" of the Russian River area. (that, a direct,
off-the-record quote by a Sonoma County Sheriff's officer, circa
2002). Or, it is being touted with the other twisted "American
Dream" theory; another "frivolous lawsuit" attempt, with visions
of pots of gold at the end of a not-so-pretty rainbow.
But this time, the criminal is not a stupid garbage truck driver who
pulled off the side of the road to commit a random or indiscriminate
rape, only to be freed by a disinterested DA and Sheriff's
Department-or to have instantly had the book thrown at him without a
second thought.
No. This time, the criminal accused is a primary shareholder with a
huge trust interest in a multi-million dollar Sonoma County wine
empire. Why does she have the keys to the facility if she is re****ted
by Korbel's representatives to "not be employed there"? Why is
she able to sign off on food, wine, and deli beverages if "she is not
on staff"? Why is she issued a paycheck and why is she on a
mysterious "leave of absence" if she does not work in some capacity
at the Korbel campus?
Apparently, she is part of the Sonoma County family of
"Untouchables".
Her father (once an "unpaid"-please tell me what that means--
Sonoma County Sheriff), the DA's office, and the Sheriff's Office are
all part of the " good old boy network", full of friendly favors
and knowing silences. They control the local politics of privilege and
deceit that Ms. Anderson is heir to. Step up against the machinery of
that network, add the Sonoma County wine industry to the mix, and see
how quickly and conveniently the collective blind eye will be turned,
with the ***ual assaulting Anderson-Heck joining the other prominent
criminals in our midst.... the cocaine Kelly's and the smuggling
Lucas's. Additionally, and shamefully, Anderson-Heck is the mother of
female children to boot.
In the case of heiress Richie Ann Anderson-Heck and Christopher Samii,
the silence abounds, and you can pretty well bet the collective ranch
that the friendly favors within the local political and justice system
cog are flowing furiously. Immediately, you can rest assured that calls
were made by Heck Sr. to all his cronies at the aforementioned agencies
asking to hush up both his daughter's arrest and the subsequent
fallout, until Korbel attorneys, PR people, and the often-used private
investigator teams utilized by Ms. Anderson in her nefarious equestrian
dealings and ex-husband custody battles, could mount both a
disinformation and smear campaign against the victims.
Now odd things are happening. Suddenly, the security officer on site
the night of the attack has no record and no memory of the young women
hysterically coming to his office and begging him to call 911 and
asking that he go up to the executive lounges. No memory of his writing
their names down and telling them to "just go home" and he would
"take care of it". Very little information has gotten out to the
public except a carefully orchestrated press release by O'Leary at
the Sheriff's office, Chris Andrian, Anderson's big-time defense
attorney, and a few words leaked to the local press by his camp
intimating that this was all 'consensual', and that there was
willingness from both the girls to participate in "mutual
touching". Ironically, there has been nothing said on the record from
the victim's camp, surely and wisely silenced by a well-meaning
attorney in order not to taint or affect a highly volatile case. What
should be a prominent story of multiple predatory, premeditated ***ual
assaults --of which a high profile and dubious- Champagne Heiress
stands accused-- seems instead intended to falsely smear the victims
with innuendo.
Oddly, it is rumored that the Victim's attorney cannot get the
initial police crime re****ts, in accordance with the State of
California Victim's Bill of Rights statutes. After weeks of waiting,
he is getting the "good old boy runaround". The Sheriff says,
"Get the police re****ts from the DA's office". The DA's office
says, " Get them from the Sheriff". The victim's attorney doesn't
get them at all, and that is illegal, under the Victim's Bill of
Rights laws.
Yet the high powered and highly paid criminal defense attorney for the
Heiress claims to have "investigated" and "re****ted" to the DA...
through what must be the oddest bit of legal procedure known in modern
California political history.
When exactly did accused rapists/***ual predators start "briefing"
the DA, who allegedly is supposed to be prosecuting them, with
information from their private investigators obviously provided to
assist in their exoneration?!!!
Again and sadly, the Press Democrat attributed statements by the
victims about "consensual touching" - which the victims categorically
deny having ever made. This is simply unacceptable, ethically or
politically.
But it meshes wonderfully with the miscarriage of justice that will
occur if the DA fails to bring multiple felony charges against both
Samii and Anderson-Heck, for forced oral copulation, rape, and oral
copulation in concert with another person. And what about the charge of
conspiracy to commit those crimes?
While we wait to see what the DA does... let me ask you a
question.
If I shake your hand - which is consensual touching - and then I slam
your head repeatedly against some immovable object while violating you
***ually, have you somehow given me tacit permission?
Neither did the victims!
Could it be that the savvy criminal attorneys for the feloniously
degenerate Heiress and her recently not arraigned-as-scheduled
accomplice have managed to compromise not only due process --through
their long time political and financial connections in our notoriously
corrupt County Government --- but now have also tainted the re****ting
of their crimes, charges, and now, perhaps even the arraignment
proceedings?
Could it be that the plight of the victims, and the violent crimes
committed at Korbel Cellars are of less im****tance to our elected
Sonoma County officials than that of not disturbing or disrupting our
Heroes of the Politics of Privilege and Deceit?=20
